IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: GARAGE HYDROJETTING
This notice is to inform all residents that the branch lines and sewer mains will be hydro-jetted. The nature of this work requires all vehicles to be removed from the garage while Countywide Mechanical is working. Below is the schedule for your review:
Wednesday, May 25th – West Side must be cleared
Thursday, May 26th – East Side must be cleared
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE MOVED OUT OF THE GARAGE BY 8:00 AM AND MAY RETURN TO THE GARAGE AFTER 5:00 PM.

Lockbox
Rule
At the June Board meeting, the Board of Directors
approved the following revised lock box rule:
Each unit
Owner shall ensure that their lease/sales agent and brokerage office personnel
follow these guidelines. The realty lock
box, which holds the Unit key(s) shall always be placed on the Market Street
marked assigned area labeled with the name of the Agent and or Owner and phone
number. The Owner must also fill out the
lockbox form for Management to keep on file.
Please
contact Management if you need a lockbox form or have any questions on this new
rule.
Architectural
Applications for Flooring
The Board of Directors and Management are working
together to determine the specific IIC and STC rating to install hardwood or
laminate floors in Columbia Place based on the foundation Columbia specifically
has.

Committee
If you are interested in serving on

boxes before discarding them and that you are putting trash and recyclables in
the correct containers. If these items

Systems is cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas every two hours such as
the elevator buttons, stair railings and door handles. Onsite engineer, Adan will be installing five
hand sanitizer locations as well including in the elevators and near the main
entrances of the building.

Solicitation
The Candidate Solicitation form was
emailed and mailed to Owners for the upcoming Annual Election for the Board of
Directors. If you are interested in
serving on the Board, please fill out the questionnaire and return to

Pedestrian
Gates and Main Entrance Gates
The Board of Directors contracted
with A Garage Door & Gate Store to replace the four pedestrian gates leading
into the garage. A Garage Door &
Gate Store has completed the project and we appreciate everyone’s patience as
this project concludes. With regards to the main entrance gates Management will
be contacting architects to find a company who can provide a drawing for the
gates for the Board to review.
Clean & Safe – (619) 234-8900
Residents are encouraged to call Clean & Safe if
they notice homeless loitering at Columbia Place. Clean & Safe will ask the homeless to
leave and provide them locations of shelters.
Additionally, if residents notice graffiti, broken glass, garbage on the
sidewalks around the community on a day where Building Maintenance is not
onsite, these things can also be reported to Clean & Safe. You also can now submit suspicious activity
online using the link https://downtownsandiego.org/clean-and-safe/.
