Rental Units – Short Term Rentals (Under 30 Days)
As a reminder, if you are renting your unit, you are required to submit the lease to management at email@example.com or to firstname.lastname@example.org. This allows us to update our communication system and get in contact with the appropriate parties in the event of an emergency. As always, the CC&R’s require a minimum rental period of 30-days. This includes, but is not limited to, renting out a spare bedroom in your home while you live there. If you are found violating this, you may be subject to a hearing and fine.
As you are in very close proximity to your neighbors, please be mindful of noise. If you are having a get together with friends, please remind your guests that noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. This includes speaking volumes, loud music or bass emitting from your entertaining devices.

Clean & Safe – (619) 234-8900
Residents are encouraged to call Clean & Safe if they notice homeless loitering at Columbia Place. Clean & Safe will ask the homeless to leave and provide them locations of shelters. Additionally, if residents notice graffiti, broken glass, garbage on the sidewalks around the community on a day where Boiling Maintenance is not onsite, these things can also be reported to Clean & Safe. This is an initiative by the City of San Diego that all downtown residents pay for via property taxes, take advantage of this to keep the area “clean and safe!”
